Oxymel is a traditional remedy that dates back to ancient Greece. It is made by combining honey and vinegar. The name "oxymel" comes from the Greek words "oxos" (vinegar) and "meli" (honey).
Our Oxymel is made with orange blossom honey and organic white vinegar from the Roditis grape varieties of Corinth in the Peloponnese.
